FITNESS PROGRAM

Let Orinda Fitness be your daily coach and build a fitness program that works for you. This program includes:

  • Day-by-day fitness plan where we draw out exactly what you need to be doing to reach your exercise goals, including both aerobic and anaerobic goals.

  • Monthly assessment test & consultation.

  • 24/7 support and coaching via phone, email, or text.

RUNNING PROGRAM

The Orinda Fitness specialty: running. We can train you for a race of any distance or help you establish a healthy running routine. Our running program includes:

  • A daily running program built specifically to what you need to meet your running goals.

  • Running workouts consisting of a unique combination of many forms of training, including: long-sustained runs, tempo (change in pace) runs, V02 max interval training, hill intervals, and other variations.

  • Strength and range of motion exercise routines.

  • 24/7 support and coaching via phone, email, or text.
