RUNNING PROGRAM
The Orinda Fitness specialty: running. We can train you for a race of any distance or help you establish a healthy running routine. Our running program includes:

A daily running program built specifically to what you need to meet your running goals.

Running workouts consisting of a unique combination of many forms of training, including: long-sustained runs, tempo (change in pace) runs, V02 max interval training, hill intervals, and other variations.

Strength and range of motion exercise routines.
